In our Advanced Leotards class, those who already know how to sew leotards and other stretch fabrics will learn new techniques. You will learn how to easily add cut-outs, insets, how to re-work necklines, layer various stretch fabrics, and how to add mesh or stretch lace uppers. Everyone will start with a basic “block” or “sloper” and will develop their own pattern design. Our Advanced Designs Leotards class is taught from a professional, performance point of view. You will learn techniques for better fit and ease of adjustment, even when used for the most difficult choreography. For those who have not yet used a coverstitch machine with a binding attachment, we will show you how it is done and give you tips for cleaner coverstitch work. Prerequisite: You must have already made a few leotards (one is not enough!). You must already be comfortable and proficient on a serger.

We offer two payment choices:  1. Online Payment Only: Pay in full when you register and receive a 10% discount on your classes, OR 2. Choose to pay a 50% course/kit deposit and our billing department will arrange auto-pay for the balance on 6/1 for NC-July. If you decide to pay your balance sooner, please call during office hours and we'd be happy to process final payment. Please note, if you add options with additional cost to the base kit price those fees will be added to your cart and paid with your first payment/deposit. Payments are non-refundable, however a TutuSchools credit, less 10%, will be granted for use within one year at any of our seminar locations when requested more than 30 days in advance of your seminar. If you must drop out within 30 days of the class date, no credit will be issued. Spread payments over 6 mos. interest-free with PayPal credit.
