This net is very similar to polyester tulle, but it is softer and has slightly larger holes. It has a little stretch across the width of the fabric, just like the polyester tulles.
It is used, doubled and quilted, for tutu panties/knickers, in place of cotton bobbinet, since it is less expensive. It needs to be treated like cotton bobbinet when making tutu panties.
Some use it as a bottom layer for a romantic tutu; some use it as a top layer for either classical or romantic tutus. Can be dyed with dyes for polyesters. 60-inches wide.
