Spanish Ruffled Tiered Skirt Pattern is our favorite for 'Kitri' from Don Quixote and 'Spanish' from The Nutcracker costumes in the Tutu.com Ballet Shop. Use it to create a beautiful full-circle, three to four-tiered ruffled Spanish-Style Skirt. This pattern has a basque with ruffles starting at the hip for a sleek and slimming look through the waist area.
